10-11am Yoga (Moms; feel free to bring your little ones) with Eva

Awesome for building military spouse community. Moms are welcome to bring children any age. This class is beginner friendly, lighthearted blended into self care modalities into flow sequences.


VOGEL RESILIENCY CENTER CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday

10am Yoga for Beginners with Brooke

Self Care and Stress Reduction through mindful movements and yoga flow. You will leave feeling clear, cozy, and vital.

Thursday

10am Adaptive Yoga with Nakita

Excellent for all types of bodies and levels. Experience a yoga class that is inclusive to beginners and works structurally addressing pain, stress, and fatigue. Strengthen and stretch from the inside out.

12pm Lunchtime Yoga with Megan

Convenient for lunch breaks or midday refresh to come take a brief flow that edifies your self care regimen. Mindful movement, power, and breathing techniques designed to energize and instill peace that you can carry throughout the rest of your day.
